PsychotherapistMany of us experience anxiety and depression and recent events have meant that for large numbers of us these are very present in our daily lives. I offer a safe, warm, and confidential environment, where you can explore your issues, fears and problems in a way that feels comfortable and safe for you. I was inspired by the ability of therapy to help others live a full and meaningful life and I hope to help you to live a meaningful life.
I am a MBPSs psychologist and a MBABCP Psychotherapist, more specifically Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). My main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness therapies, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
